Dr. Dayna Laur’s arc of professional learning began as a classroom teacher in 1998. Dayna’s Ed.D. in Instructional Systems Design and Technology focused on connecting learners with technical experts to improve APLE outcomes.

Her experience includes Special Education, Advanced Placement, Department Chair, Career Academy Coordinator, and designing online coursework for adult learners using Eduspire, LinkedIn Learning, and the Buck Institute for Education.

At Project ARC, Dayna strives to empower educators and their learners by implementing authentic project-learning experiences. She pioneered the topic in her first book and continues to develop it in her subsequent publications and Ed.D. dissertation.

Dr. Tim Kubik’s arc of professional learning spans more than three decades as a classroom teacher. Whether working with Johns Hopkins University's Gifted and Talented Middle School programs or Graduate and Professional teaching at the University of Denver, he stresses the importance of students' active participation as a form of preparation.

As a teacher-leader for three project-based high school teams in his first teaching role, he went on to serve as History Department Chair, Associate Head of Upper School, and then as an adjunct faculty member at Colorado State University.

Now full-time at Project ARC, Tim brings passion and innovative collaboration to his workshops, which have supported more than 5,000 teachers.
